Thanh Nguyen Nygaard is an analytical and structured advisor with 15 years of experience in multinational organizations, specializing in business and organization development. Currently, Thanh works as a Corporate Project Manager, leading strategic and transformative projects across multiple geographies and business areas. Outside of work, Thanh advises startups on organization and growth, and advocates for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the workplace. Having relocated from Asia to Norway eight years ago, Thanh has firsthand experience of the challenges faced by outsiders entering the Norwegian labor market.
