Communicating is fraught with the potential for misunderstanding. Nonverbal communication is no exception. Where we look, how we keep our bodies, posture, head movement, clothing - is what you mean to communicate aligned with what the other person actually interprets?

We will hear a short presentation, followed by a few examples for discussion and an exercise. Hopefully, you’ll leave with new knowledge of nonverbal communication
