Velkommen til kick-off for mentorprogrammet 2023 i Stavanger.

Kick-off blir en god blanding av sosialt samvær, nettverksbygging, og faglig påfyll.

Vi får besøk av Torhild Liane Skårnes, Misjonsalliansens regionleder for Asia. Torhild har en mastergrad i globale studier og en bachelor i religion og interkulturell kommunikasjon. Hun jobbet tidligere som landdirektør på Filippinene, og lærte i den forbindelse både språket tagalog og tilpasset seg kulturelle normer for å kunne gjøre en god jobb og skape et sosialt nettverk. Hun fungerer som en brobygger mellom Norge og Filippinene, og deler sin interkulturelle kunnskap og kompetanse gjennom Instagram-kontoen @globalbonez.

Torhild skal prate om interkulturell kommunikasjon i jobbsammenheng. Vi håper du tar turen innom!

Welcome to the mentor program 2023 kick-off in Stavanger.

Kick-off includes socializing, networking, and learning. We are happy to host Torhild Liane Skårnes, regional director for Asia with Misjonsalliansen. Torhild holds an MA in global studies as well as a BA in religion and intercultural communication. Previously, she worked as the country director in the Philippines and learned both Tagalog (the language) and local cultural norms to do a good job and build a social life there. Torhild is a bridge between Norway and the Philippines, and he shares her intercultural knowledge on Instagram as @globalbonez
