Presenter: Tumi Sineke, Program Coordinator at Impact Startup
Tumi is program coordinator for the accelerator and has previously been program manager in a South African accelerator.  Tumi is deeply passionate about fostering inclusive environments and supporting groups in addressing issues of inclusion and belonging. One of Tumi's key strengths lies in her coaching mindset, which she brings to every aspect of her work. She is involved in several Norwegian and international parts of the startup ecosystem that use entrepreneurship for a more inclusive working life.
