In many ways, a job application is the link between the CV and the job advertisement. The idea is not to only show everything you can, but to highlight how this meets the employer's needs. Finding this balance can be difficult, and is often culture-specific. In this workshop, we'll look at how you can write a good job application in Norway.

Presenters:

Ann Helen Baumann, People & Purpose Business Advisor for Consulting in Deloitte

Ann Helen has vast experience from HR/People and organizational development from big and small companies, public and private sector, from roles on different levels. She is now People & purpose business advisor for Consulting in Deloitte, holds 2 Masters’s degrees (International Studies/politics & strategy), and is a certified Diversity leader. She has her education from Norway and the UK, and has worked in Zurich for 5 years. In her private life she is married to Robert from Switzerland, has two children aged 12 and 16, and loves to travel, reading books, do sports and is currently learning salsa and bachata, as well as Spanish.

Andreas Elstrøm, Senior Consultant, Talent Acquisition, People & Purpose in Deloitte

Andreas is the recruitment lead for Deloitte Consulting, and has 3 years of experience with recruitment towards Consulting. He holds a Master’s degree in Organization, Leadership and Work, with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. In his private life he enjoys playing football, attending concerts and travel.
