A CV is a story about you. It is a chronological story about your professional life. A CV is meant to give a complete and exact picture of who you are and what you can. Exactly like any good story, a CV should be adapted to the reader. Adapting a CV is a skill and demands practice. In this workshop we will help you along.

We have two guests at this workshop.

Mia Berglund is a talent management professional with experience across markets in Australia, Northern Europe and Nordics. She has extensive experience with recruitment across different industries and has worked strategically with leadership teams to drive talent attraction, hiring, engagement and development. She is certified in SHLs psychometric assessments and in neuro-linguistic programming coaching methods. With over 13 years working with talent, her focus now lies in leadership development, future talent identification and modern ways of working.

Ida Oline Jakobsen has spent over 7 years in different HR positions. Her background stems from recruiting and managing hundreds of associates in the pedagogical industry in Norway to leading cultural change internationally. She is certified in Assessio’s psychometric assessments. From working cross-functionally to local to international, her specialty is in driving initiatives within organizational culture, leadership and talent development, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.

Nectō consulting is a future-oriented, female-led HR and inclusion consultancy working with organisations to evolve their approach to talent management. We create people solutions and processes that standardise and streamline talent management and HR, and make leaders more effective. We know organisations can thrive and save both time and money when uniting business and people in a smart way.
